Root-Cause Healing for
Body + Mind
Slow down, listen to your body, and find lasting wellness through deeply nourishing nutrition and lifestyle rhythms.
Welcome!
I’m Naomi.
For years, I struggled with gut issues, food sensitivities, and the exhaustion that comes with not feeling at home in your own body. My healing journey taught me that real change doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from nourishing the body deeply, addressing the root causes, and learning to listen to its innate, God-given wisdom.
Now, I help others do the same — step out of the cycle of frustration and into a slower, steadier way of healing.
What I do
Nutritional therapy is about more than food. It’s about reconnecting with your body, calming inflammation, restoring energy, and creating rhythms that support whole-body wellness.
Together, we’ll focus on:
Root-Cause Healing – addressing imbalances instead of masking symptoms
Nourishment & Lifestyle – food, rest, hydration, movement, and stress support
Slowing Down – simple, sustainable practices that bring peace and clarity
Ancestral Wisdom – honoring the ways our bodies were designed to thrive

It’s not as “woo woo” as it sounds, I promise! Ancestral wisdom is the understanding that our bodies were designed to thrive with the simple, nourishing practices that sustained generations before us. It’s about looking back to the rhythms, foods, and ways of living that supported health long before modern convenience and today’s fast-paced culture. This might mean eating whole, traditional foods, honoring natural cycles of rest and activity, and slowing down enough to truly listen to what the body needs.

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) helps people restore balance in the body by addressing the root causes of health concerns. Through nutrition and lifestyle support, an NTP works with you to improve digestion, balance energy, calm inflammation, and build strong foundations for long-term wellness. My role is to listen to your story, identify areas of imbalance, and offer practical, personalized recommendations that help you to feel your best.
